1. Coaching Sessions & Appointments

Cancellations:

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
No-Shows:

If you miss a scheduled session without notice, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

One courtesy reschedule may be granted in emergency situations, at our discretion.

2. Digital Products & Resources (If Applicable)

Due to the nature of digital content (e.g., downloadable guides, workbooks, recordings), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If Joy Trajectory offers multi-session packages or recurring subscriptions:

Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be refunded pro rata if the refund request is made within 30 days of purchase.

Subscription services (if applicable) may be canceled at any time; however, refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods, unless otherwise stated.
